BOMBPROOF HINGE GUARDS Code: DA1399 4-door kit Defender - all models The hinge guard is built to exact specification and was developed to fit all Defender models and years. It has been engineered for maximum protection and ease of fitment. Each Hinge Guard kit consists of two CAD engineered stainless steel plates which fit inside of each hinge point, restricting outward movement of the door with the bulkhead bolts removed. Fitting the Hinge Guards is incredibly easy with comprehensive fitting instructions supplied. Each door kit can be easily fitted in 20-30 minutes. After installation, only the top of each plate can be seen, providing an unobtrusive modification and deterrent to would-be thieves. The console offers a unique storage solution for the Defender in providing additional overhead roof storage as well as a single DIN provision in one unit. The two side sections are designed to hold anything from maps to sunglasses, documents to magazines. The console is supplied in three separate pieces. The product has been designed with CAD software and the moulding finished off using CNC machinery to ensure an OE level fit and finish to the product. It is supplied with a DIN blanking panel but the central binnacle will fit any DIN sized accessory such as a stereo, CB/HAM radio or even a digital tachograph. The single DIN aperture will also accept a bank of seven Carling Technologies switches by using the Carling interlocking switch mounts. Will the Defender roof console fit my vehicle? The console has been designed to fit all post 1983 Defender models without a sunroof and with a factory headlining. The fixing method does not require removal or cutting of the headlining or sun visors. (Some later models will require trimming of the central area of the headlining when fitting a DIN unit). If you have a non-factory headlining it is unlikely it will fit without modification of the headlining. If you have a Series vehicle, again it is unlikely it will fit without modification. -

The MUD Heater Deflector solves the problem of that crude and annoying blast of hot air to your lower legs in all Puma engine Defenders. The Heater Deflector redirects the flow of air from the lower heater outlets forwards into the footwell, rather than directly at your legs to create a more comfortable driving environment. The Heater Deflector moulding fixes easily in place using the supplied push-fit fasteners and can be fitted in 5-minutes. All you need is a 4.5mm drill. Position the Heater Deflector, drill the fixing holes in the lower dash section and fix the Heater Deflector in place using the push-fit fasteners. -
