The 200/300 Tdi Organic: Fitted with HD1, the top commercial lining manufactured and used by Clutchfix Ltd, is a heavy duty application for drivers running a remapped engine, upto 160BHP. We use this material for the fleets we look after including the 200Tonne Liebherr Cranes run by Ainscough Crane hire. It has also had a 20% increase in poundage from the O.E Borg & Beck kit. It is a great daily drive, giving you peace of mind that it is a better grade of material than that supplied by LUK or Valeo. The Puma 2.2/2.4 Tdci Ceramic clutch Fitted with an 8 paddle ceramic sprung drive plate, gives you an increase in up-take of 40% from the peddle, meaning the clutch grips and moves faster than the HD organic kit, meaning the Clutch cover itself is doing less work. It has also had a 20% increase in poundage from the O.E Land Rover kit. Needs 500 miles of soft driving at 1/4 throttle to allow all faces to mate and bed correctly. Failure to do so will end in a glazed drive plate and slip. The Clutch is Supplied with the Following: 1 x Clutch Plate 1 x Clutch Cover 1 x Release bearing (please note some 2.2 tdci models are fitted with a different type of release bearing, if the different type is fitted this will need to be purchased through a main agent)

Croytec Puma Seat Release Handles Puma Seat Release Handles are Designed and developed by Croytec specifically for the current production Defender Puma vehicles. These will fit all models of 90/110 county vehicles easy to fit, they are a direct replacement of the original handles for the release of the rear fold down seats. The handles are a high quality machined from billet aluminium and polished. They screw in place of the original handle.

This product is a direct replacement of the original plastic items. The clock surrounds are machined from billet aluminium with great detail and have a clip fit machined into them so there are no adhesives, they just simply click fit into place. The Puma Clock Surrounds are supplied as a set of 3 for the speedometer, fuel and water temperature gauge and rev counter gauge and are the same for left and right hand drive vehicles.

A brand new direct replacement high performance aluminium intercooler from AlliSport. This intercooler has been designed to directly replace the original smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Defender, Discovery or Range Rover 300Tdi engine and has 50% more surface area than the original. Combined with the correct tuning (instructions included) power will increase from 111bhp standard to 135bhp with a similar increase in torque. The greater cooling capacity will allow up to 20% increase in power and torque in the lower and mid-range revs. Customers regularly report 10-12% gain in economy. There are minimal alterations necessary to the vehicle, as the kit is a direct replacement. Because the intercooler is far more efficient than the standard item, the fuel pump will need setting to compensate for the change in mixture. The settings are straightforward and are covered in the comprehensive fitting instructions. As your vehicle is not electronically controlled, there is no ECU to remap, so we optimise the fuel and boost settings to match the intercooler mechanically.
