The TD5 Organic Fitted with HD1, the top commercial lining manufactured and used by Clutchfix Ltd, is a heavy duty application for drivers running a remapped engine, upto 190BHP. We use this material for the fleets we look after including the 200Tonne Liebherr Cranes run by Ainscough Crane hire.
It is a great daily drive, giving you peace of mind that it is a better grade of material than that supplied by LUK or Valeo.
It will deal with some green laning and towing (nothing too serious).

Suitable to run with DMF. Needs 500 miles of soft driving at 1/4 throttle to allow all faces to mate and bed correctly. When suspention lift kits are fitted it increases the distance between the transfer box flange and the axle.The increased distance can cause the propshaft to run out of spline travel, Fitting this 40mm propshaft spacer helps return the shaft to its normal operating length therefore allowing full spline travel and prevents binding of the yokes.
